WishCache is a free wishlist management app. Create wishlists, add items (with automatic product import), and share them with family and friends.

Yes, WishCache is completely free. There are no premium plans, no banner ads, no tracking ads, and no hidden costs.

You need an account to create and manage wishlists. However, anyone can view a shared wishlist without an account.

You can create up to 20 wishlists. Each wishlist can contain up to 200 items. Family & Friends lists can have up to 10 members.

Go to your dashboard and click "Create wishlist". Give it a name, optionally pick a theme and color, then start adding items.

Open a wishlist and click "Add item". You can enter details manually or paste a product URL to auto-import the name, price, and image.

When you paste a product link, WishCache tries to import the name, price, and image automatically. The data may be incomplete depending on the shop; you can edit everything before saving or later.

Colors and occasions help you recognize lists faster in your dashboard. If auto-deletion is enabled, the list is removed after 24 months; you can turn this option off when creating or editing a list.

Yes, drag and drop items to reorder them. The order is saved automatically.

Open a wishlist and click the share button. Choose between sharing via link, link with password, or direct email sharing. You can also generate a QR code.

Private lists are only visible to you. With "Share via link", anyone with the link can view the list. With "Link with password", viewers must also enter the password.

A shared link is for viewing and works without an account. With email sharing, registered recipients can see the list in their dashboard. Family & Friends is for collaboration: invited users can contribute their own items.

Yes. When creating or editing a wishlist, choose "Share via link with password" and set a password. Viewers will need to enter it before seeing the list.

QR codes are useful for invitations, cards, or printouts. Social sharing only opens the selected service with your wishlist link; WishCache does not embed social media plugins.

Family & Friends lists let you invite other WishCache users to add items to your list. This is great for group gifts or household wishlists. Members can add, edit, and remove their own items; the owner manages invites and members.

You can find your personal referral link in the dashboard. Copy it or send invitations by email. When someone signs up through your link, your referral count increases.

Successful referrals move you through levels such as Wish Sharer, Wish Connector, and Wish Legend. WishCache shows your progress in the dashboard and notifies you when you level up.

Go to Settings and scroll to the Two-Factor Authentication section. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app and enter the verification code.

You can reset your password via the "Forgot password" link on the login page. Email changes are currently not supported.

Yes, go to Settings and scroll to the Danger Zone. Deleting your account permanently removes all your wishlists, items, and personal data.

Notifications tell you about things like accepted referrals, referral level-ups, and important WishCache updates. You can find them through the bell icon.
